I lodged a complaint on this website on 6 Dec with regards a laptop deal, where the branch was still waiting for stock. I received a note on the website to say that a representative would call me. I received that call on 11 Dec. The consultant took my details and promised to get back to me. It is now the 17th and I have still not heard back from him.
Moving my business to a competitor may just be the thing to do... but do Vodacom really care?
