I have been a loyal customer of mtn for over 10 years now, and mtn is about to lose me.
The reason i had bought a blackberry phone was because of the BIS, life was good as i was able to even download series, songs etc.
i subscribed to absolute plan which is just k. I'm unable to download pm3 songs yet some of my mtn user friends are able to. I called and spoke to supervisor Francinah, who didnt even managed to help and had bad attitude. This morning i called and spoke to Rodney, also a supervisor. He told me to call 0831555 and the guy i spoke to told me that they are aware that bb user are experiencing problems and are looking at it. Question is, how long is this gonna take them to fix it? it has been 2months already.
MTN u just making money out of us, is this how u treat yo customers?
I am just tired of this service u r giving us. I might as well move to yo competitors.
