Nashua Mobile
On HOLD for 20 minutes and being charged for BES

I called the accounts dept at Nashua Mobile and have been on hold for 20 minutes, that is sick!!! Who do they think they are to make people wait that long? They have also been charging my boss BES for Blackberry for the last year while he has had an Iphone. We want a refund and more!!!
