I'm now tired of holding on for 30 - 35min to speak to a human being!!! No music just the same message about your 5 branches nationwide!! How can I get a message saying my all inclusive deal is active and approved when I don't even have a landline??? PLEASE CAN SOMEONE CALL ME with regards to this!!!
A ficticious number is on your system 0123456789 and my ADSL package from MWEB has been allocated to this number which is not mine!!! I do not have a telephone line at home and was requesting an all inclusive product from MWEB (including the Telkom line).
Now I have a bill for over R1, 500 (FYI the package I selected was for R899) that is overdue yet I do not have the luxury of the service.
I have spent R185 on airtime holding for a consultant to assist to no avail.
I'm now PEEVED to say the least and I'm seriously considering just taking my business elsewhere if this is how it's going to start.
