Hi,

I requested that my Virgin Mobile contract be canceled on the 10th of July 2013. I was told that I needed to give a 30 day notice which was acceptable to me. Now when I phone back almost a month and a half later it still has not been canceled and they told me that it can still take anywhere between 2 hours and 3 more days. How can you tell me that the cancellation of a number takes 35 days, that is after they told me that by the 10th of July, which is 30 days after cancellation request, I will be on prepaid and now it will still take more time?? I need to get off the Virgin mobile network because I have been getting complaints that "My number does not even exist" when people try and phone me. I cannot afford to miss calls from any of my customers and rely only on my cellphone for communications.
