This country of ours. what a up.. I know that the following relates to telkom as well as mweb.. I'm a consultant that makes my money from doing technical development per hour on servers in various countries. Quite to often I suddenly start staring at the router as all the lights have died. Mweb with their brilliant advertising keeps you on a line waiting... They have literally never answered the phone before at least 13 minutes have passed, just to briefly tell you that it is a telkom related issue, which in short means approximately 2 days before I will have my internet back again, mweb promise to send a notification sms when the service is back up, which to no shock at all I have never received even though the internet is back up. Here is my problem.. The fact that we sell our services as a 'best effort' approach and that it will be there when it is there is a shame. I am amazed how no company can care and value their quality of service they are selling, however come end of month I don't get a pro-rata statement saying, we've had outages 3 times this month and each time took us 2-3 days so here is your discount of what you could use. please please give us QUALITY service
