I am highly disappointed with the service my mother and I have received from this company! To end my contract has taken a further 16 days then what we were told! And to top it all off to change my SIM card to prepaid has taken over 72 hours. We were told it would only take 24 hours. I have been without a phone number and thus without access to make and receive calls, text messages, emails etc. for 3 days now. That has really made it a nightmare for me as you can imagine trying to manage my work, etc not being able to contact clients. I will never recommend this company to anyone as their assistance in this regard has been very poor.
