I have a reference number 1975225 but still to this day i got no feedback via a call, sms or email. What the is happening. I want my TV today. Why not drop it off at the store where I opened my contract I pick it up or drop it off at my work. problem solved. I am g@tvol of you MTN. I need to know for 4 months I have been paying TV licence but I do not have a set. Will I be reimbursed? This is utterly disgusting. I'm also having problems with the phone I got but i'm too scared to take it as i get the feeling that i will never see it again. The other thing i am MISS October not a MR as its being stated on the statement i get every month. Who is responsible to change that. When will I get my TV and who will explain to my kids why they can't watch TV.I want answers within the next 24 hours or i will be in contact with my attorney. This is not a idle threat, its a promise.
