3 months after my initial issues with CellC, a gentleman contacts me to ask if the problem has been solved... Are you kidding me? You wait 3 months? Are you an? I cancelled my debit order, because why must i pay for service that i dont receive??? I have 2 contracts with this company, so the one is paid up and the i stopped for non-service... the useless company cuts BOTH my services!!! Listen you bunch of money grabbing, if one is paid up you chops dont cut it off!!! I relayed this to the gentleman that phoned me on Tuesday and he says, but you cant do that, you must pay your account, are you kidding me, have you listened at all Godfrey ("i have been working here 8 years") from Back Office at Customer Care??? Clean the ears out. He says he will get someone to phone me in regards to this. But again the same old i am still waiting. If anyone reading this works at Cell C, there is a good chance i have spoken to you, pass the buck is an understatement. Cant wait for these contract to end, man the day it does, I am popping a bottle of champers!!! I give a week or 2 to get a phone call.
