About 2 weeks ago I called Vodacom and asked them to terminate 3 of my data accounts.
This was not for the reasons that i cannot afford them but i cannot afford to be paying for something that is totally useless to me. The connection i receive is practically 0 -> constant connection issues. On a speed test the upload speeds and download speeds are shocking! (that is when i can even get it to perform the test).
I contacted Vodacom about this issue and asked them about terminating the contacts due to the exceptional poor service, they assured me some one would call me with in 24 hours. I think we are on week 3 and I'm still paying for this junk that is useless to me and no one has contacted me.

A company that takes your money and provides you with nothing are criminals in my mind.
