I have even made a forth complaint about Virgin Mobile 's bad service not even one person has tried to contact me. I believe they are trying to contact me on the number that was handed back to them. I need to clear my name on ITC, you can not get the call centre to put you through to accounts and they do not give you accounts direct line anymore. I have phoned over R110 worth of airtime out to try and get through to accounts
