I have just received the most delightful call from an MTN representative Ms Pearl Makola in response to a complaint I logged earlier today on their complaints forum on the company's website. Ms Makola, was efficient, warm, knowledgeable, intelligible and articulate. I hope she goes all the way to the top at MTN she sounds like she truly deserves to! Regards, Amanda Chemaly
