A JEWEL IN THE FNB CROWN

After experiencing what I can only describe as shocking service as described in an earlier complaint, Neo Kunene called me to follow up. She was very patient despite the difficulties we both experienced with the call connection. She was extremely friendly and helpful. Most of all, she listened. She patiently listened as I vented my earlier frustrations over the service I'd received. She did not interrupt me, and she did not respond condescendingly. It was an absolute pleasure dealing with her! Not only did she keep her promises and assist me outside my initial query, she treated me like I was the most important of all FNB's clients. I am no VIP client by any stretch of the imagination, however it's absolutely delightful to be treated like one all the same. Neo is an asset to FNB and I truly hope they realize and recognize her for it! My faith in FNB as a financial institution has been instantly restored and all thanks to Neo Kunene
