I think its about time i port to another service provider. Wrote a complain in November 2012 about a network coverage around Pimville zone 1 Soweto. MTN responded and said their technicians are working on the issue 6 months down line we still experience the same problem.
I really think its time i part ways with MTN since they don't take their customers seriously and its really frustrating.
