I have been attempting for the last 3 weeks since before the launch of the Samsung Galaxy S4 to get a phone on an upgrade. I have contacted various stores around Gauteng to get a black S4 32 gig only to be told repeatedly that they don't have stock and that they cannot tell me when they will have and even though I am a loyal customer for 10 years with 5 accounts they cannot help me. This is one of South Africa's biggest cellular suppliers yet they have no power whatsoever with suppliers and clearly don't care about me as a customer to the degree that they cant find me 1 phone. not even one!!! They don't care enough. Find a different service provider one that cares and that can actually do something for you.
