Seriously bad service
I bought an internet prepaid package, the 200 giganite from Cell C Cape Gate. I normally used my tablet as a modem but the simcard did not work with the tablet or so I thought. I then bought another prepaid package 3gig with 21mbs stick with the hope of good reception.
That did not help either. I have been calling Cell C for over 5 weeks. I must go and logged a ticket. Yeh! I can travel when I want where I want! I logged complaints telephonically. Today I spoke to the lady explaining the concept of '' reception is up to ''. She could not ''convey'' the complaint. Then I spoke to Mohammed. I ended the call because you can only explain so many times that there is no internet connection therefor I cannot retrieve my account details via the desktop Cell C software, Ai.
I have excellent reception. Before I connect 5 bars 3G, after I connect 4 to 5 bars Hspa. Connected 19hours and only downloaded 65mb. Don't ask me what I downloaded but it download but still I cannot even open a Google homepage neither sending 64kb size emails.
They promised good reception? I wish.
