Good day, its me again, I took my handset in May for repairs, they gave me a new one, and the handset that I got in May its still giving me problem, so am calling for assistance, I don't get any, I don't want this phone anymore, I pay for nothing, not enjoying anything, I mean within a month, this phone is giving me problems, and I need a phone for my personal things and studies, so now am asking thjem if I take my phone in for repairs will I get a loan phone and I need a blackberry 4 a loan as I need it 4 my assignments that are due, and now am stuck with this phone that reboots its self and freezes, really am thinking of moving my contract cause the service is bad
