The network capability of 8ta is horrific. Signal is weak, throughput is almost non existent, customer service is a token. I cannot access 3 g during peak times, my call quality is embarrassingly poor and i rarely have blackberry service. I have been logging calls for weeks, the call centre keep closing them. I have filed a report online with their complaints department, all I got was am email asking for more detail. I responded saying check my case history. I never heard from them again. I have had small letters on my edge all morning. I have pleaded to discuss this with someone who spends millions on advertising to recruit clients and tell them why I am going to be exiting. This logic is above the pay grade of a call centre agent.
I really don't expect anyone to do anything about this, I just want to be a statistic on public record. Thank You!
