Handed in a Blackberry that had frozen. Were told that ph would either be replaced/ repaired. Condition of ph recorded as "good with scratches". More than 3 weeks later we received an sms to say phone was ready for collection. When we got there - we were told, by the way, the phone was not repaired or replaced as not covered by warranty. We queried why during the more than 3 weeks they had the phone, they did notify us/quote on a repair. I found it totally unacceptable to return a phone after 3weeks with no service level offered. It was suggested that we take phone to "the guy who runs a kiosk" in shopping Centre. He would apparently be able to fix phone whilst we wait!!! Apparently no other repairers in any area close by. So once again - if repair was so simple - why did we sit with ph 3weeks later that was still not working? Stupid qu. The 'kiosk" guy takes your ph- no paperwork, cash only... suspect setup? He did repair it, and for now it's still working - but my recourse is zero if same starts happening again. Well - once again - thank you Nashua mobile for your level of service which is the worst I have yet received from anyone and that's saying a lot
