Inability to unblacklist the phone you blacklisted

MTN Service leaves nothing of Value Starting on 23 of April to date i have been dealing with same issue. An unblacklisting of my phonecalled. I sent affidavit &copy of ID within an hour. i was told my phone will be up and running within 72 hours. 28th of april my phone was still not working Spoke to Kopano Mahlangu who politely told me there is not much he can do since it is sunday. On monday i dutifully resent docs to him. Nothing till today. I have spoken to at least more than 5 agents who are moving me from pillar to post, i was even sent to an MTN store. I have been told many stories on what to do. The supervisors are not much help. Last night i spoke to one who kept telling he has been on the phone with me for more than a certain time. My interpretation of that is that i was wasting his time. He had the audecity to tel me its not peoples fault it is the system and he will not be answerable to what his collegues did not do. Eventually after an hour of backwards forwards i asked for his bosses name (keegan) and he tells me he is not allowed to give me contact details. Bottom line MY PHONE IS STILL NOT WORKING AFTER 3 WEEKS AND COUNTING
