As of today it will once again be another week gone by (the 5th now) since mtn or 24hourMobility have done anything wrt my insurance claim on my liquid damaged cellphone. I recieved a call from one of the 24hour mobility members on Saturday asking me when was my liquid damaged handset was fetched from my work place and it seems that there is a major lack of communication between the members and that they really don't know what is going on!
I'v become a frustrated customer who is ever so sorry that she has taken out an insurance with mtn and 24 hour mobility in the first place!
I have yet to get a call from mtn at all and their dont care attitude is appalling!!!
I also feel that mtn is soo quick to sugar coat their company and bad customer service with an ever so sweet response to my complaint on hello peter last week and have not followed up on my visit to their store or on my calls.
Mtn have done absolutely nothing to assist me and I'm the one making calls and checking up with the insurance company for the work they should be doing as a service provided to their customers!!
Absolutely disgusted!!!
