I went to Cell C in Claremont on Saturday (11/05/13) to find out if they have stock of the Samsung S4 as everyone is out of stock. they informed me they have stock, but limited. I went there the following day with all my papers they needed, and was I pleasantly surprised!! Never EVER have I received exceptional customer service like that before. Friendly, efficient, helpful, going the extra mile, etc! I cannot use just 1 word to describe how friendly the staff is.
I have never had a contract with cell c before, especially one where they bill you. And this is what I told David, he needs to explain EVERYTHING as I dont want to find out at a later stage about any extra hidden costs. He explained everything to me, from A-Z. I was there for 1h 30min, and yet it did not bother them at all. Even staff that didnt deal with me, Fatima, greeted me, made me feel very welcome, and this all on a Sunday!!!
Definitely the BEST cellphone store I have ever been too! I would encourage everyone to go to that store if they want Customer Service. I have been waiting for almost 2 weeks for the Kenilworth branch to call me back regarding the same phone, but Im actually glad they didnt. WELL DONE!
