I applied telephonically for a telkom adsl some 4 weeks ago, the lady promised to let me know when instalation would get done within 2 days. Still no contact. I went into fish hoek branch yesterday only to get shocking service once again, i get the impression no one at telkom cares. Eventually i contacted customer care only to be informed that they cant instal line due ports. It doesnt fall in their financial year. That is disgusting service, i will be aproaching the press. My id number is 7305100219084. It will be fantastic when telkom gets competition, many adsl users cant wait.
