Almost A Month And Still No Delivery

I have upgraded my contract on 1942013 and was told the TV that's included in the deal will be delivered with 7 working days. It's been almost a month now and no TV.

I have to constantly make calls to the MTN Store in Knowels Center Pinetown for an update.

this its totally unprofessional!!!
