Billed after cancellation

I contacted you at the end of February to cancel my line on 31 March (TOC8337526). I see on my latest account I'm still getting billed for April: TI-AllAccess TIN1575561 Apr 13 R69.30 (excluding vat). Am I now expected to pay it and then struggle forever to get my money back from you?
