Why is it so hard to pay an MTN account?

I tried to pay an account at Irene village mall only to be told they don't accept payments!

I one went to the MTN rapid repair centre to have a phone repaired only to be told I have to stand in a queue in a bank to pay. No EFT, and they don't accept payment.

MTN one of the most basic principles of business is to make it as easy as possible for a customer to pay.
Because of this draconian principal of MTN, my main cell contract is no longer with MTN. After 12 years of being with MTN!!!

I still have a data contract. This too will be terminated in November because of poor service.

For the record I am now with Vodacom. Somehow have managed to send me an account each month, something MTN never managed to get right. Not even by emai!

MTN your service is the poorest I have ever personally experienced.
