Via head office, on 12 Mar 13, I enquired about a Samsung Galaxy Note, which after half an hour was approved. Since then I have had endless problems such as, not approved in their legal department (of which I know nothing about), apparently a fault on their side, issues with moving of wharehouse, issues with delivery, now with technical issues on their side. After various calls to 0116502282, I get asked if I have received my Note yet, of course which is NO. I have been a customer for 12 years, and not had a days problem, what am I going to be told now. This is bad news and I am not happy. I bought this article for my wife's birthday, end March, but am utterly disgusted in the manner that I am being treated.
