No Service again

Telkom oh Telkom when will my Line Be fixed
Phoned Telkom on the 2/05/2013 with a no daill tone fault on my line but with adsl working.
They updated my call on the 9th with network failure as an update. on the 10/05/2013 My adsl also got so now I dont have any workable means to run my work opperations and is losing alot of moola!
The previos time my line was off for 3 months!
