I contacted MTN by e mail almost 2 weeks ago and received a reply acknowledging my communication and that I would hear from someone shortly... guess what not a murmur from anyone at MTN
I am on pre paid and spend R500 - R700 per month and have serious problems with 3G coverage and roaming. I have been told to get a USIM card, but am now told it is only available to contract customers.
Surely MTN should treat all customers the same??!!
