Vodacom, your call/marketing centre in Natal (031 Number) called to offer a "month to month" insurance option. The person was unable, however, to communicate effectively and answer all my questions. Telephone etiquette was poor and the individual kept interrupting. When I asked for more information to be e-mailed the individual hung up on me. I can't get an answer at the number from where the call originated. I'm checking my account to see that no unauthorised transactions have been logged. Why don't you check that all your agents are duly qualified and capable of interacting with the public in the meantime?
