No 3G Service anywhere in Durban!!!

I took up the Cell C deal on the iPhone 5 in January. At first, everything was fine and I was happy with the phone and the network service, however, a couple of weeks ago I started to notice that my phone is on, and displaying full 3G signal, but no emails come through. Suddenly a flurry of sms's and emails will come through, notifications of missed calls etc.

I have logged a call with Cell C on the 2nd of May and went through a rather lengthy process of changing all sorts of settings. To date, I have not had a single response from CellC, I have to phone every day to check up, and on more than one occasion has the ticket been closed without ANY feedback being given to me.

Today, they responded that the service in my area is not available, and that I need to roam on Vodacom Edge. Cell C 3G might not be available for the next 2 years! This is not true, I have data logs showing full 3G at really good speeds in my area for the first 2 months, and suddenly nothing.

If the service cannot be restored, I no longer want the phone or the contract, as I cannot use my phone at all. I miss most calls and the ones I get, drops after a few seconds, or has really bad voice quality.
