I thank you for the response however I do not agree with the refund amount. I think you misunderstood my request. I have signed a new contract for R329.00 in total broken down as follows: hardware subsidy - R129 and topup 200 24 mnths - R200. I have been debited with tripple this amount. I need to understand my contract because I feel I have been billing incorrectly and I want to cancel this contract with immediate effect if I am not refunded with the correct amount.
