Service Cut off

I was in arrears with my account for 3 months and I settled the account.
But after settling my account the account was taken to legal after it was reopen on the 8th of April and then it was deactivated by legal on the 26th of april.
on the 27th I called them they promised me it will be resolved but it was never resolved only one line was open.
they promised me they will send me updated invoice so that I can do the payment it never came.
Now all my mtn line are deactivated.
I have been calling them for the past 3 weeks. And they never do what they say they will do.
No I will like to know what is going.
