SHOCKING!

I had the ADSL line installed on the 11th of March. I went with the 1MB package as I wanted to take advantage of the free installation and modem. I then upgraded to a 4MB line.

Then on the 23rd of April I received an sms saying my account has exceeded its limit and I owe R2958.99. That is impossible as my account shouldn't even be over R2000. I called and spoke to Peggy who said it must be an error and they would look into it. I should pay no more than R847.37 a month as that is the ONLY service I have subscribed to.

I then emailed Celine [Email Removed] who never bothered replying to me. I then received the same SMS on the 2nd of May. I again queried and it has now been escalated again. In the mean time we have been cut off and my business has been affected. I want to pay the R847.37 for each month asap but nobody is getting back to me.

Why is this so hard?
