I received a call from the call centre agent who told me I did not pay my account, when I told her I have and I will fax the proof of payment, she told me I am lying, I did not make a payment & she is going to carry on phoning me & it costs me R19 for all the calls. I swore at her & told her that I did make payment & she insisted that I am a. I did not get the agents name co's I was so mad, but I asked her if the call was recoreded & she said with great pride yes it is. I have never been so mad in my life, being called a & her enjoying it. Absolutely rediculous. I told her I am sending the proof and when I do, she must write me a appology letter, she laughed & said she would do that, but I didn't pay so she doesn't have to... REDICULOUS!!!
