After 15 years of being on the vodacom network

I had went inn to the vodashop liberty mall in pietermaritzburg to hand inn my Blackberry 9780 and after being helped with a kind guy Sudhir who refered me to the vodacom sales department to find out as to why my phone was not appearing inn warrant still. to my dissatisfaction i had to be helped by a guy named Clive of which he firstly never had a name Tag as i had to ask him for his name after the incident. i approached him to kindly assist me in checking on the system as to why my phone was not appearing. his attitude was disgusting, firstly clive you dont take a customers phone and bang it on your counter and swinging it in your hand as it is yours, I paid a R300 a month for that contract, secondly by you telling me " Dont ask me that i dont know about it" when asked when he would be able to check how many months my phone is still left for warranty, Mr Clive this is not the first time i have seen your attitude in the store, you need to go for a customer relations course as to how to treat your customers. if my phone upgrade was suppose to be in April that would be the 21st month RIGHT.so i still have 3 month RIGHT.And yes as you said i must go to were i took my Gal S4 out.
