It took over 1:45hrs 4 virgin mobile headoffice & consultants 2 ascertain that a perfect credit record needs verification of employment/banking details, surely the "somewhat intelligent consultants" who deal with the public 8/10hrs a day 7days a week should be equiped with these facts! Endless calls 2 headoffice ranging in 10mins of discussion per call with no-one understanding why a perfect score & credit rating was declined. A manger was called 2 assist seemed rather irritable that he was contacted, did his "English tea break" get disturbed!
@the end i was told they need to confirm employment & bank details. I emailed a bank statement to a consultant, i informed him its from the 30/3/13 to 30/4/13, thats when i was told that a 3month bank statement is required - are these people qualified? Surely thats a BASIC with any request. i was declined credit for a mere R4776 for a clean credit record! do i need 2 be a 2 qualify. Surely these consultants couldve have saved me the aggravation of being in that claustrophobic store 4 2hrs! If it wasnt for a better deal, i wouldve supported Altech or Vadocom. The consultants were very amused @my disatisfactin with their incompetency
