I had my upgrade about 8 months ago. I needed a reliable phone for the work I do. Being in the restaurant industry Im constantly dealing with phone calls, text messages or emails. I chose the 9790 as I was assured by Autopage that it was a great phone. I am paying about R400 per month for an absolutely shocking device! I have never been so greatly frustrated before. It hardly ever works. It constantly drops calls, goes onto SOS or simply doesn't work. My signal bar will show full EDGE or 3G but it says the call cannot be made, or the call cannot be connected. I cannot receive emails for hours on end, my bbm doesn't work. I cannot even stand outdoors and attempt to look at the screen, type or call as the cursor jumps all around and I cannot control it. I have visited several autopage outlets regarding the problem and all they say is that the phone has to be sent in. However, they will not provide me with a loan phone. How can a service provider not have loan phones for people who have been given defect phones?? People, nowadays rely on their phones for their work, we cannot go without them!! I am terribly disappointed and feel I have completely wasted my money!
