FANTASTIC SERVICE IN RECORD TIME (for me)

What started out as a very exciting journey soon turned into a nightmare. After approaching one of Standardbank's own consultants, more than a month ago, we were informed on 15 November that our building loan was declined due to a bad credit rating. This did not make any sense as we did two credit checks, one by transunion and the other by experian, needless to say... perfect clean credit record. At this point I was getting furious. After phoning the StandBank consultant TEN TIMES on one peticular day WITHOUT any response, and yes I did leave messages on her cellphone, I just had enough...

I hear about Merle from our financial manager at work and decided to contact her. From the beginning I knew I were in good hands. I told her the whole story and she adviced me what to do. (I first contacted her on 15 November). I compiled all the needed documents and sent everything to her on the 19th, during the following days that passed, Merle gave constant feedback as to where we are at the moment. On 26 November, we heard we were granted a 90% loan, AND here comes the shocker, the 90% loan was granted by Standard Bank. Long story short, we received a 100% loan on 29 November. THANKS MERLE!
