I took a cellphone contract with mtn direct and everthing went smoothly. It was a blackberry Z10 London. After using the phone for a day, I then realized that the camera was not working at all, the phone would freeze and so forth. I then went to the nearest mtn store for help. They took the phone and said it would be ready for collection aafter 10 days. I went back to collect it, only to discover that I can not get a new phone and that I will have to send the phone back to Melissa so that she can sort it out from her side. The first payment had gone off already.By this time I had been waiting for 2 weeks already. Another 2 weeks went by and I decided to cancell the contract and Melissa said it will be no problem to do so, as long as I paid the first monthly installment. She also said the cancellation has been approved.
I went apply for a new cellphone contract at a mtn store and they have declined my application due to my account being in arrears!!! This is ridiculous man, I was told no further payments would be needed and now this happends! I mean the sim was only in use for a week and that money was deducted!
I am tired of them giving me the run around!!!
