Error and no follow up

I applied for a Samsung Tablet Note 10.1 two weeks ago.
Apparently there was an error on the system and nobody can do the application. I have had to constantly follow up and no one can give me an answer. I have cancelled the application and the have lost another customer.

Very dissapointed!
