I received a notification stating that my CAP was finished and I did not bother to connect to my internet again seeing that I have a contract for 8 GB ADSL p/month for R145, I received a statement stating that MWEB does NOT inform users that they are paying for more data once only they have used more over the amount of R500 (which is only for 2 GB). This is unacceptable as I did not receive a notification asking me whether I wanted to use more CAP for a fee. And how is 2GB R500 and 8 GB R145? Daylight!
