No understanding and lack of support

My account fell in arrears due to banking details not changed, of which I am guilty. However I made a payment on 3 May of R1, 932. And on 7 May another R600. I have been calling the legal department a few times regarding the stauts of getting my data line reconnected. I was told it takes up to 5-7 days... I phoned this morning seeing the first payment was made in the 3rd May already but got advised by a lady named Angelique when she sends the form today (only) it will then take anothe 5-7 working days. I cant aCcept this! Its been a wEek already and although I was at fault I fixed it a week ago alreay. Is this what Vodacom's service boil down to??? I am working alot from home and need my internet most. I am very unhappy with the service from the legal department - its like puishment instead of service!!
