This afternoon the 9 may. I Went to the MTN Shop in wood mead centre to purchase data, as my phone battery was flat I asked the lady consultant to help me charge. She charged my phone in front of her. During the process she asked me to go withdraw from the ATM, they don't accept card payment for data purchases. Upon my return my phone disappeared. When I questioned her, The answer was that she didn't think I will come back. I then addressed the issue with management to enquire concerning video footage, and based on the feedback from the security the system isn't working. I feel really disappointed in the service and the fact that they were not honest when questioned about my phone. And they accusing me of negligence.
