After my previous complaint about my upgrade, I am now still in the same situation. Although I have been contacted by the call centre by no less than 6 consultants, no-one seems to understand what the term "please phone me after 5 pm" means. I can not do an upgrade over the phone, so Nurse kindly forwarded me the may brochure to view the phones/packages available, but alas, never phoned me back to find out whether I made a decision or not!
This is ridiculous to say the least!
