Activating phone

I bought a phone from MTN direct, but had problems activating the new number. I went to 2 other MTN shops, one that is suppose to be a service centre, and nobody seems to be able or was interested in helping me. Luckily I went to the MTN shop (nr71) in East Rand Mall, where a very friendly person helped me. Unfortunately, I don't know his name, but he told me that is was the first time he had to handle such a problem, so I guess he must be new. Thank you for good service.
