Very disappointed in the lack of communication from Cell C.
I would like to switch to Cell C as I believe they offer the best contract for the Galaxy S4. I have clicked on the package that I want on the website which then informed me that a sales consultant will contact me.
I have done this 3 times in 2 weeks and not one call back. I have even sent a message to Cell C complaints with no response. Very poor service especially for a company that supposed to be better then the competition.
If this what it is like trying to get a contract, can't imagine what customer support would be like.
