COMPLAINED 3 TIMES. PROMISED A CALL FROM AN ESCALATION CONSULTANT WITHIN 24 - 72 HOURS... THAT WAS 144 HOURS AGO...
NO CONTRACT SEEN OR SIGNED. NO RESPONSE TO MULTIPLE COMPLAINTS...
I took a contract out about 6 weeks ago, I was in store for 90 minutes because their systems were 'slow'.
I have not seen a contract, received a contract or signed a contract!! So if I take cell c to court / ccma... well you can only imagine what will happen!!
The phone has more faults than I can explain. Do not purchase the new blackberry z10... it is awful! Also is the cell c service. The phone is slow (network) etc.
I reported my frustration to cell c and have heard nothing! They have just taken R600 out of my account but received no bill (email or post)
NO CONTRACT HAS BEEN SEEN, RECEIVED OR SIGNED!!!
I would like to cancel my contract with immediate affect and take out an iphone!!
Maybe this will get a response as my emails and messages certainly haven't!
