I wrote about a month ago about the terrible reception I get on my 8ta 10gid data and modem I purchased from 8ta. I keep getting Informed it is with the network department. I am completely dissatisfied and feel it unfair for me to pay for such terrible service.
Call me on 073 340 1771. I demand a solution and feedback as to when this will be resolved. I don't expect time to be dragged any longer - 1 month is too long.
