I've been a vodacom customer for 9 years, I'm really not happy with the service i just gottowards the end of December 2011 I took out a contract with you guys and the guy that helped me was proffesional and helpful the phone was delivered fast and worked well. last week friday during the day the phone stopped working manually and on the touch mode as well, I then went to ClearWaterMall VOdashop to seek for assistance, they then took the phone and booked it for repairs at Cresta. now the lasy just called me to say the problem with it is technical and it can't be fixed but they wont give me a new phone I must come and collect that one. listen here I won't be paying R380 for a phone that is not functional, I mean that phone is still new and if it can't be fixed ot I can't get a new one please cancel that contract with immeadiate effect I will take anothe contract and port my number to another provider. please have a look in this matter and kindly give me a call.
